Advance Medical Directives (AMDs) are imperative to following our medical wishes when one is not able to articulate those desires. AMDs ease the burdens of our families by clearly outling our wishes. The Family Life Office has composed a comprehensive form which not only stands legally, but considers the tenants of our faith. Anyone 18 years of age or older should have one.
