Miami, Florida -- Nearly 550 members and friends of the NCCW convened in Miami, Fl Sept 5-7, 2002 to explore how to serve Church and society - practicall and spiritually - meeting under the banner, "come, Live in the Light." The conference focused on many aspects of council life. The fostering of spiritual formation of women, dedication to promoting a culture of life, introduction to the new NCCW mentoring program, workshops concerning the various council activities and NCCW partnership with Catholic Relief Services
