ADCCW along with NCCW initiative to collect children's books is working on a program to supply homeless children NEW books. A new book to a homeless child is a priceless gift. It says you are loved, someone cares for you. It boosts their self esteem and helps them on the way to improving reading skills. Early childhood education in reading and exposure to reading will make a world of difference to their future. ADCCW will keep you posted on the progress of this project.
