In order to be considered for Parishioner Tuition status, a family must be registered at either Our Lady of Good Hope or St. Henry Church and attend weekend Mass on a regular basis. It is also expected that as a member of the parish that you support it through your weekly Sunday Collection. A yearly contribution of $400 needs to occur in order to maintain the parish tuition rate. This will be reviewed by the parishes on an annual basis.
Click on Tuition Forms for additional details on tuition determination, and see the Tuition Determination Worksheet there for additional siblings or other fee combinations. These forms are updated annually at the beginning of February, when the budget for the next school year is finalized and tuition is determined.
Enrollment at Bishop Leibold
Open Enrollment typically begins in early February each year, and is initiated by a completed Registration Form and submitting an Application Fee of $150 per family.
The Application Fee for Pre-K is $50, and the Application Fee for Preschool is $50.
The application fees for these two Early Learning Programs are additional and independent of each other, and of the $150 family application fee for K-8.

Our Tuition Aid Program
A budgeted amount of money has been set aside for income-based financial aid. This program addresses the economic needs of parishioners based upon family incomes. Please refer to the "Tuition Determination Form" for details and deadlines (The "Tuition Determination Form" is located under the "Tuition Forms" link.)
A family can ask for the Tuition Aid Request Form by checking this option on the New and Current Student Registration Form.
Extenuating Circumstances
If family financial circumstances change to such a degree that it warrants re-evaluation of the tuition commitment (i.e. unforeseen family emergency, unemployment) it is the responsibility of the family to contact one of the parish pastors or school principal to discuss the situation and to work out a revised payment plan.
