Gabriel Personal Achievement Winners Acceptance Videos The Gabriel Personal Achievement Award, given in memory of the late Father Patrick Peyton, CSC, has recognized outstanding individuals in broadcast and entertainment since 1965. James Moser, writer and creator of Medic and Ben Casey, was the first recipient. As you look down the list, you will see the names of individuals whose body of work has gained the respect of the general public, and more importantly, their peers. The Gabriel Personal Achievement Award is presented each year at the annual banquet. In the last 10 years, when a personal achievement winner has been unable to attend, the person has provided a thank you on video. Below are six winners and their acceptance remarks.
