---------------------------------- Membership Information As of October 2006, the fees to join are $25 for a New one year membership or $23 to Renew membership for one year. Checks are made out to CAC of Chicago and mailed to the club's post office box. Your address label contains the membership expiration date. New members should include a note stating (as available) their name, address, main phone number, work phone number, e-mail address, birthday, and years of education. Please indicate whether you are applying for membership or friend status. (The price is the same in both cases.)
