Living Eucharist (Diocese of St. Petersburg) at 6363 9th Avenue North, Saint Petersburg, FL 33710 US - Agendas 2010
All are encouraged to join us for both days. Highlights of the two day event include the following:
- There is a closing mass on Friday - a celebration of Word and Eucharist which form and transform - sending us forth to be Jesus to the world. All parishes and schools are invited to participate.
- Two keynote speakers who have presented nationally and internationally
- Saturday morning there is a youth rally with music and a featured presenter followed by a commissioning prayer ritual to “send” the youth forth to serve the community in various capacities that afternoon. Examples of service projects include serving the poor and marginalized through preparing a meal for the homeless.
