Old Business -
Nancy Keener was looking into buying a Yudu screenprint machine to make various items of the Icon for purchase. It sells at AC Moore and they do have the ink for it, however she will be inquiring further just to be sure. There was a question asked if the ink would fade over time and Nancy would be looking into that also.
New Business – A decision was made to have the Icon travel to various members of Secretariat in between meetings. It would be done on the lottery system. This would mean of course if you were selected you would be responsible for the Icon coming or going to any events in between the Secretariat meetings. All names of anyone attending the Secretariat meeting would be placed in a hat so to speak to be picked at the end of the meeting if your name is selected it would then we taken out until all others got to take the Icon home and then it would start all over again. Kathi Durborow won this month.
