Life Force Team

Our Mission Statement:

The Life Force Team is a ministry of Holy Cross Catholic Church, whose purpose is to provide spiritual, emotional and physical support and follow-up for families and individuals during critical times such as illness and loss.  Our services include personal outreach, workshops, and referrals to professional counseling and other agencies as needed.  
Membership is open to anyone who wishes to support the purpose of the Life Force Team.  Members receive annual bereavement training.  Members are responsible for confidentiality adherence to bylaws, and safe environment training.
