Many of the women that have participated in MOMS have recognized the need to continue to meet beyond the initial 8-week sessions. See "MOMS Resources for Ongoing Groups" on our Links page for ideas for those interested in "continuing the journey."
Ongoing Groups offer these women the opportunity to continue their spiritual development and experience the process of adult learning from each other, while at the same time nurturing their new friendships. Ongoing Groups also allow for opportunities to network and meet with other women in our parish community.Benefits of Facilitating Ongoing Groups:
· Chance to become familiar with spiritual resources available for mothers/ women
· Opportunity to bring books, discussions, speakers, retreats, and other resources to the parish
· Opportunity to develop personal spirituality while helping other women
