Frequently Asked Questions WHO IS MOMS FOR? MOMS is for any mother of any age (married, single, divorced, widowed, stepmother, grandmother, etc.) and is designed to ignite or rekindle women's spirituality. As wives, mothers, daughters and friends, with all that we do on a daily basis, this group serves the individual through personal and spiritual growth so that we can nurture others more effectively. WHAT ARE THE SESSION TOPICS? Sessions will be led by a team of facilitators and topics will include… WHEN ARE THE SESSIONS HELD? IS CHILDCARE AVAILABLE?
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS TO PARTICIPATE?
ü The ability to make a commitment to an initial 8 week period.
ü The ability to keep confidentiality.
ü The desire to grow by sharing.
ü The ability to support other mothers in their personal growth.

The 8-week sessions at Holy Family Catholic Church are generally offered twice a year (Fall & Spring).
Childcare will be available at no extra charge, but you must reserve a place for your child. Please contact April Eckwielen via email at aeckwielen@yahoo.com or 407-876-2211 (Voice Mail # 424). Children MUST be walking.
WHAT IS THE COST?
Cost is $30.00 and includes one copy of the book MOMS: A Personal Journal. Each session begins and ends with a prayer ritual designed to enhance the Christian perspective on each of these topics.

WHO ARE THE FACILITATORS?
Three women who have participated in the 8-week journey and who are trained by the Diocese of Orlando act as Facilitators for the program.
Many of the women that have participated in MOMS have decided to facilitate groups as a way of sharing their gifts and helping to make MOMS an integral part of our church community.
