InterParish CRE (Archdiocese of Louisville) at 2931 Pindell Avenue, Louisville, KY 40217 US - Home

Your Invitation to Catholic Religious Education
We are a joint venture of parishes centrally located in Louisville, Kentucky called by the Spirit to collaborate in our mission of teaching, serving, and ministering with Catholics whose children do not attend a parochial school. Here you will find the latest news and info about us. We are committed to forming, nurturing, connecting and immersing students in Catholic worship, life and faith. OUR GOAL is to strengthen and support a lifelong commitment to a Christian and Catholic Identity. OUR MISSION is to shape students in such a way that they become "Catholic women and men of prayer whose faith is continually informed, enlivened, and grounded in a deep commitment to the person and message of Jesus, whose discipleship is visibly engaged in ministry, and whose lives of witness are brought to full maturity in Christ through the teaching ministry of the Church" as spoken in the Catholic Catechetical Directory. WE PROVIDE RELIGIOUS EDUCATION for pre-school, elementary, high school, and adults. Our speciality is pointed toward providing professional, appropriate and effective catechesis for students with learning differences, physical challenges, behavioral needs, and special family circumstances. Most of our students do not attend a Catholic parochial school. Accessibility, connection and full inclusion are vital to who we are and what we are about. WE PROVIDE A CRITIAL LINK with your family's home parish in all respects with direct access to sacramental preparation. WE ALSO PROVIDE A PLACE TO BELONG in a supportive peer community for fellowship and outreach. We are currently implementing a strategic development process to strengthen the program and foster its growth. Please pray for us as we discern the direction. We always welcome your support and participation in its many forms. We welcome you as Christ and invite you to join us in our life together. The invitation to explore the possibilites is extended to individuals, families, and other parishes. Please take a moment to visit our online Calendar for upcoming classes, events and our News page for featured articles. Visitors are invited to sign up for our online mailing list for special news and announcements. We hope you enjoy your visit and encourage you to check back often for updates! May God bless you abundantly and May the Peace of Christ reign in your hearts!
