Knights of Columbus 2544 at 647 Grove St , Dunellen, NJ 08812 US - Our on going projects

Our Council is active in our community.  We have regular clothing and food drives; we have regular visits to the local Veterans home for spaghetti dinners or a special game of bingo.  We collect old prescription eyeglasses and cell phones for a group called “New Eyes For the needy”.  They recondition the eyeglasses and redistribute them free.  The also reprogram the old cell phones and distribute them to the elderly for emergency “911” use. 

We conduct at least two motorcycle rides each year to raise money for the mentally challenged.  Our council participates in the free throw contest and poster contest. 

Our roundtable discussions have led to various projects in our local churches. 

Our membership has recently been recognized by the  New Jersey State Council for “Knight of the Month”, “Knight of the Quarter”, and “Family of the Quarter”.
