Chapter Minutes

Meeting started at 8pm. Prayer and pledge were led by Chapter President Bill Wirtz. Previous minutes were distributed by email and approved.

Chapter President’s Report: Worthy Chapter President reminded everyone that elections of officers will take place at this meeting during new business. He gave a status on the health of Brother John Whytal as he was discharged from the hospital to recover and rehab at home.

Chaplain Report: No report. Seat vacant at present time

Treasurer’s Report: The treasurer printed and distributed the Treasurers Report. Details are available to the Chapter delegates upon request. Bills were presented to the Trustees and approved for payment. The treasurer reported that the Chapter Raffle tickets have been printed and are ready for purchase.

Committee Reports:

Football Awards Banquet – Jim Deime: No report

Serra Club / KofC Youth Ministry Awards – Henry Borchers: Youth Ministry Awards will be held in early April. He asked each council to give $150 to support this program.

Paul Gruhler Award- Paul Dunigan: No report.

Rosary Rally –Bob O'Connor and Joe Beyerle Co-chairs: October 7 starts at 3pm, K of C in regalia welcome. Planning meeting will be 23 Aug

VA Chairman’s Report – Patrick Ewing: The new chairman will solicit help for a Sep cookout

Shrine/KofC Golf Stagg – Bob Babal: No report.

KofC Columbian Classic – Jim Deime: Columbian Classic will in October.
