We would like $150 from each council. Paul Gruhler Award – Paul Dunigan No Report. Rosary Rally – Bob O’Connor Jeff Wiedeman: Oct 11, Music starts at 2:30, 4th Degree Showtime 2pm, Archbishop Schnurr will be present. This event is expensive $9000 for security and building use, would like councils to donate $200 each to defer cost of event. (see attached PDF) VA Chairman’s Report – Randal O’Connell Please see (PDF attachment) Shrine / K of C Golf Stagg Jim Deime: 4 annual Columbian Classic, Oct 18, $65 Steak Dinner and a round of golf. Jim presented a check for $350.00 from the Columbian Classic to the District Deputy Coordinator- No Report No Report State Membership Report – Terry Cooney Our October Blitz is upcoming all councils should be planning for this event with flyers and info at every parish they support. Our big issue now is prior to suspensions the council must have personal contact with the member; retention committee is a necessity at each council to resolve membership issues.
