President Judy Conner:
Judy is from the Thorp Deanery, the parish of St. Mary’s, Neillsville. She has been a Catholic all her life and has been very busy at all levels of council including diocesan commission chair for Family Concerns, Church Commission and served as DCCW Secretary and most recently, DCCW Vice President. She was very instrumental in working on the updated by-laws of the DCCW. In her parish, she is lector, Extraordinary Minister, pre-Cana instructor (she is married to Jody), vacation Bible School Director…now that is busy!! She stated that she sought the office of President Elect to further the work of the church, by assisting the DCCW President, in the continued work of spirituality, service and leadership. Judy’s pastor, Rev. Woodrow H. Pace stated that Judy has a tangible commitment to prayer and discernment of God’s will in her life. Love of council and strong commitment to prayer…seems like a great combination for our future president!!

President Elect, Renaissance & Scholarship Chair LuAnn Miller:
LuAnn is from the La Crosse Deanery, the parish of Mary, Mother of the Church in La Crosse. LuAnn is someone who looks to situations where she can make a difference. She sees these situations as opportunities to use her gifts and sees this as an honor and a privilege to serve. Prayer is the center of her faith life; LuAnn experiences prayer as strength and nourishment to live out her Catholic faith in service. She has been active in council on the parish, deanery, and diocesan levels. She also has become active in Girls Scouts through a Catholic Committee and assists as the coordinator when needed. Her pastor, Rev. Douglas C. Robertson states that LuAnn is one of the finest and most dedicated Catholic women he knows. Aren’t we lucky to have her serving on our executive board!
