Organizations and Services

Our Lady Of Fatima Ministries

We are an active parish with many ministries, groups and opportunities for Christian Service within our community.  This site is designed to offer a listing and short description of the events and schedules of the many ministries, educational options provided by these organizations.


 This ministry provides material and spiritual assistance to the poor and needy of   Citrus County.   The Food Pantry   and Thrift Store   are now conveniently located in a new location adjoining our Church at 604 US Hwy 41 S. (Between the Church driveway and SECO) The Food Pantry is  open Mon.- Fri.  - 10:00AM to 2:00PM.    The Thrift Store is open:  Mon. Sat. 10:00AM to 3:00PM. 


 Knights are known as " the strong right arm of the church".  They sponsor scholarships, conduct fundraisers, assist with parish social events, perform charitable works.  In addition they provide financial support to many programs in the church and community.  Contact person - Grand Knight,  Peter Reguin (352)419-5370.  Meetings- Officers 1st Tues. 6:30PM and General Meeting 2nd Tues. 6:30PM.


This club is an organization of Catholic women who promote spiritual and social activities for the benefit of the Parish and local community.  They sponsor fund raising events, such as "Trash&Treasure Sales", bake sales,Chinese Auction, Dinner Shows, and "Tricky Tray".  Proceeds from these events are used for Parish purchases such as vestments, alter linens, chairs, flowers, food for parish activities, Bibles and playground equipment.  Annual Marriage Jubilee is sponsored by CWC, as well as donations to organizations such as Project Graduation, Water For Life, Help a Child Global, and Heifer International.

New members are always welcome to our meetings that are held on the first Monday of each month at 12:30PM in Hall B.  Contact person- Florence Hodum, President (352)341-6864


This committee seeks to educate about the Church's teaching on the sacred dignity and value of human life "from womb to tomb".  It encourages participation in the "Right to Life" movement and action on behalf of the dignity of life.  The group meets on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 6:30PM  and is open to all.  Room 206 - Contact person- Karen Skrapits ot Tricia Uzar - 352-726-1670

Parish volunteers give their time and talent to organize Church sponsored Bingo games in the Parish Hall every Tuesday at Noon and Thursday at 6:30PM.  A light lunch is available at a modest cost at the Tuesday games.

While providing a social outlet foe members of the Church and its community, Bingo produces monetary contributions for the financial support of the Parish.


Located inside the Church, the gift shop is open before and after the weekend masses.  Religious articles, Bibles, missals, reading materials, music, rosaries, medals, sacramental gifts ideas, and special seasonal items are available or can be ordered for you.  Contact person -Virginia Falabella.
