Basketball continues to be a major concern for our young students at DLSB.  Like all kids, both the boys and the girls, they just love the sport.  And our sports teams do pretty good too as they go up against some of the public schools, not only in Browning, but  the small towns in our area.  We the fans of DLSB also love the competition. We love to see our kids excited, competent, and focused on something so good as sports.  It is true that our primary focus is Jesus Christ and then to see our kids succeed academically, but then there is no denying the fact that we love to see them play hard to win.  There is fire in their eyes that is a delight to behold.  I left the last games played at DLSB, excited over an eighth grade game, crying out to the Lord,  "Lord, give us a DLSB High School basketball team.  That could be sooo much fun!"  Then I  reminded myself that we are about Jesus Christ and education, but a high school basketball team...... that could be so much fun.
