Blessing The Library

September 12, 2001 was a special day for Little Flower parish in that on that day we offered our new school to the Lord. All the students with their families gathered together in prayer and thanksgiving for this great gift of the Lord Jesus to our people. (PLEASE SEE PHOTO ALBUM ON THE "ABOUT" PAGE) We Started our prayer with a traditional smudging ceremony done by an elder of the Blackfeet Tribe. We then moved from room to room praying blessings on our De La Salle Blackfeet Middle School. Mass was celebrated and after Communion each family of a student was prayed over. We prayed that the Lord Jesus be the center of their family life, that He bless and protect them from harm, and that through the intercession of St. John De La Salle all grow in wisdom and truth. "May we Grow in Faith Through Education." (The School Motto.)
