Music Practice

An important part of the daily curriculum is an experience of the arts-- in one form or another. Here we see the students practicing music. Art is extremely important to Native American life. We believe that our students are getting a good and well rounded educational experience. Last year, after testing, we were happy to discover that each member of our 5th grade class jumped two grades in their personal reading ability. We hope that this years 5th and 6th grade do as well. Science and arithmatic are an important part of the curriculum too. But the reality that we are most proud of is that Jesus Christ is proclaimed in our school. Our students are being educated in the Faith. "St John Baptist. R// Pray for us! May Jesus Live our hearts. R// Forever!" These are the prayer proclamations that the De La Salle students (around the world) pray more than once every day. And we echo that prayer: May Jesus be in their hearts forever. Amen.
