He prepares delicious meals for all the friars with very simple ingredients. Brother GUS teaches everyone about prayer and fasting he has a very special cook book filled with yummy recipes that are easy to prepare. Sometimes Brother GUS gets so busy that he accidently burns the dinner! The other friars tease him saying," When the smoke fills the kitchen..."Dinner is Ready!"
