Dr. Castano is a licensed psychologist. Currently, she is employed as a licensed specialist in school   psychologist (LSSP) in the North East independent school district in San Antonio, TX. She is also adjunct instructor at Our Lady of the Lake University and maintains a small independent practice focusing primarily on assessment-bilingual, psycho-education, and personality evaluations. Her research interests include competent multicultural service delivery to childern and families, ethical practices in diagnoses of childhood disordes, and training & supervison. At the Marriage and Family Institute, she provides psychological testing for young men and women seeking to enter the priesthood or religious life. All Testing must be referred by a Religious Order or the Archiocese of San Antonio. This is done in conjunction witn Dr. Flores' mental health evaluation.
