The bishops issued the Call to Prayer at the end of last year, inviting Catholics to pray for rebuilding a culture favorable to life and marriage and for increased protections of religious liberty. It continues through Christ the King Sunday (November 24).
There are several ways you can participate, some of which are praying a daily rosary, participating in the upcoming Fortnight for Freedom (June 21 - July 4), and signing the pledge to fast and abstain from meat on Fridays.
Your prayer and action is continually needed as we work to transform our culture.

Join the NCCW Legacy Circle and the 100th Birthday Club today
Join the NCCW Legacy Circle and the 100th Birthday Club today
Supporting NCCW financially is a demonstration of support and commitment and we appreciate all of the members who have contributed over the years. The Legacy Circle represents an opportunity to provide sustained support to NCCW over a decade. With a pledge of $10,000 over 10 years and an annual contribution of at least $1,000, a member can contribute significantly to the mission of NCCW. Click here for the Legacy Circle Pledge Form.
In addition, in honor of NCCW’s upcoming 100th birthday in 2020, members who contribute $1,000 from now through 2020, will become members of the 100th Birthday Club. [Those joining the Club in 2013 will need to complete their total $1,000 pledge by 2020.] Later they will also receive pins designating these special giving levels. You can contribute to either the Legacy Circle or the 100th Birthday Club online! You can also send a check to the NCCW office with your pledge form.
In addition, bequests to NCCW represent another important component of our overall planned giving efforts. In the past, NCCW benefited directly from substantial bequests. However, in recent years, this giving opportunity has not received as much emphasis. We want to encourage members to consider recognizing NCCW in their wills. If you have already identified NCCW in your will, please let us know so we can thank you and acknowledge this important contribution. If you have not yet recognized NCCW, we encourage you to consider naming NCCW in your will.

NCCW and Cross Catholic Outreach’s Women Helping Women Campaign
NCCW is excited to announce a new partnership with Cross Catholic Outreach. NCCW invites all individual and affiliate members to join in the “Women Helping Women Campaign.” This new series of programs directly address NCCW’s Campaign for Human Dignity and puts into action the resolutions recently passed during the 2010 Annual Convention. Members now have a new opportunity to end human trafficking, build homes and provide maternity care for the desperately poor in Vietnam, Ethiopia and Kenya. Click here for more information.
