Council newsletter 200 copies 4 X a year @ .32 = $0256.00 Postage = $0272.00 Executive Board Travel 10 @ $20.00 a year = $0200.00 Deanery Meetings 4 a year x 6 deaneries @ $50.00 = $1200.00 Treasurer’s Expenses = $0100.00 Secretaries Expenses = $0050.00 Vice President’s Expenses = $0075.00 President’s Expenses = $0400.00 Phone Tree = $0100.00 Misc = $0400.00 Total = $3053.00 To date 48 of 128 deacons and deacon candidates have paid their annual assessment (dues) to the Council. Dues may be sent to Deacon Bob Pleus, Council Treasurer.
