THE MASTER PLAN CONSISTS OF TWO PHASES...
Phase I: The San Juan Diego Activity Center and Renovated Social Hall for Religious Education Classrooms

Shown above is the new San Juan Diego Activity Center. Construction will begin in April 2005. It will serve as a reception hall for up to 350 people and a spacious gym for sporting activities. Phase I construction will also include renovation of the current social hall into religious education classrooms. Below are aerial views of the project. The San Juan Diego Activity Center is in the middle or the upper portion of view.
The right wing of the present church (toward the bottom) shows the current social hall with five renovated classrooms.

Phase II: The New Church.

Shown above is the future church. It will be situated between the San Juan Diego Activity Center and the present church to form one complex. The present church will then be renovated to provide for more classrooms and meeting space. It is our hope that the beauty and simplicity of the Southwest Mission style of the new church complex will provide a fitting tribute to the faith and culture of our Hispanic people. Below is an aerial view of the new church complex and the various elevations.

FUND RAISING:
Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish has raised over $930,000 in pledges toward the Phase I project, the San Juan Diego Activity Center and the Religious Education Classrooms. Groundbreaking ceremonies will take place Sunday, April 3, 2005, after the 11:00 AM Mass celebrated by Bishop Carl F. Mengeling. Construction will begin very soon thereafter with anticipated completion by the Fall of 2005.
If you would like to contribute toward the San Juan Diego Activity Center and the Religious Education Classrooms, your donation would be gratefully received. Our only desire is to build for the future of the Hispanic people while giving glory to God and honor to His Blessed Mother, Our Lady of Guadalupe.

Our Lady of Guadalupe, pray for us.
