Registration Requirements
New students who register for Pre-K and Kindergarten will be asked to schedule an appointment for a “Classroom Visitation” in the Spring. Transfer students who register for grades 1-8 must fill out an application and bring a copy of their report card and standardized test scores with them. An appointment with the Principal, as well as a placement test, may be necessary. All new students must fill out a health form and must have their immunizations up to date. At the time of registration, please bring your child’s Birth Certificate, Baptismal Certificate and Health Record.
