Bison Fund Scholarships The Purpose of the Bison Fund is to provide an opportunity for low-income children to attend a private, non-public school, giving the parents a choice for the education of their children. If your child will be in Kindergarten or First Grade in September, you may qualify for a Bison Fund Scholarship. The application for the Bison Fund is a simple one and based on income. I have a limited number of applications, or you may request the forms directly from the Bison Fund.
