Our Society, which is comprised of all women, is the oldest in the parish, 102 years old. The "altar" part of our name is to provide for the needs of the altar and sanctuary and for vestments for the priest. We do this by having fundraisers throughout the year, in the way of bake sales, dinners, and raffles. The "rosary" part of our name, is to show devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary, by praying the rosary before our meetings, and at the time of death of one of our members.
