"Dear Holy Family Church Friends, Thank you for your generous gift of a holiday party, the wonderful gifts, beautiful decorations and food were a blessing to the children and families of Harbor House. Know that we will work diligently to honor your gifts as we provide hope, help and healing to our children. With your help we will continue to give loving support to our children and provide them the dignity, freedom and respect they have been denied." ~ The Staff of Harbor House, December 2006
"Thank you to all of you who so graciously donated undergarments to this very worthy cause. As a whole, we collected nearly 500 undergarments for the women of Harbor House. Your generosity is greatly appreciated! " e
The Comfort & Support Drive was our 2006 Lenten project to collect new ladies undergarments of all sizes. This is one of their basic needs that rarely gets filled.

“...What your “MOMS” are doing for Harbor House is truly a blessing. Jesus taught us that when we do for the least of these our brothers, we do for him as well. God Bless you and all of those who work with you. Please let the MOMS know how much we appreciate them and that God will bless them for reaching out to others.”
~ Kevin Behan, President - Harbor House Board of Directors
“The shelter is beautiful! What an incredible group of people you all are. The love, thoughtfulness and hard work that went into this project is felt by all of us! As I walked into the shelter, I was greeted with smiling faces... the smiles of the women and children who live here. They were all very excited and very proud to show me around their new home. I love the colors... the rooms are warm and inviting. And yes, our shelter now looks like a real home. I was told, "it's so warm and cozy", by a woman who is living in the other building... she says she's been in the "new" shelter all day and doesn't plan to go back to her building until tonight! I truly do not know how to thank each of you in the way you deserve. "Giving" these women and children a home they are proud of, comfortable in and welcomed by, will be felt by many for a long, long time.”
