St. Sebastian School at 307 Siebert Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15237-2819 US - Heinz Field Fundraiser

For the last several years, the fundraising efforts for our school have focused primarily on candy and magazine sales throughout the school year. With your help and continued support of these
programs, we have been very successful in realizing our fundraising goals over the years. At this time, however, the PTG Board would like to refocus and reenergize our fundraising efforts.
It’s time to retire the fundraising programs of the past and move on to something fun and exciting with great revenue potential.

This year the PTG Board would like to take advantage of an exciting fundraising opportunity sponsored by ARAMARK Corp. As you may know, ARAMARK provides food and beverage services during all events at Heinz Field. With this new fundraiser, we have the opportunity to staff a concession stand with volunteers during all Steeler & Pitt home football games.  For each football game that we work, ARAMARK will pay us $75/volunteer plus a percentage of the total gross receipts from the concession sales. As you can imagine, this is an amazing opportunity for us to generate significant funds for our school! There are approximately 50
different non-profit groups in the Pittsburgh area already taking advantage of this fundraising
program. Some of the schools include: Shaler, Oakland Catholic, Central Catholic, St. Agnes (West Mifflin), Norwin, Woodland Hills, etc.In order for this program to be a success, we must provide at least 15 volunteers for each game.

Anyone is eligible to volunteer as long as they are 18 years of age or older and currently not an
employee of ARAMARK. The families at St. Sebastian School have always been very generous
with volunteering their time, so we’re very optimistic we can and will make this new fundraising
opportunity a successful one! Simply put, we are asking for one volunteer from each family to
work one, 8-hour shift at one football game this season. That’s it! It’s that’s simple!

Furthermore, families will earn a $35.00 tuition credit for each game worked.  We want the St. Sebastian program to be fair with our volunteers and consistent consistent with other schools.
