The School Board serves as an advisory board to the administration of the school (Pastor and Principal). The eleven member board consist of nine school parents who are elected for three-year terms by an open ballot distributed to the entire school and parish. Two additional members of the borad are apointed for renewable one-year terms, one parish representative appointed by the pastor, and one parent representative appointed by the principal. The School Board is governed by guidelines set by the Diocese of Oakland and its own constitution and policies. Regular board meeting are held once a month and are open to all persons. The Pastor, Principal and P.T.G. President are ex-officio members of the School Board.
