BAPTISMS
Third Sunday of the month after 12:00 Noon Mass. Parents must make necessary arrangements in advance. Baptismal preparation classes on Friday before the 3rd Sunday at 8:00 PM in CCD Building.

NORMS FOR BAPTISMS
1a. The parents of the child must be registered members of our parish at least for 3 months.
1b. Parents who belong to another parish and wish to baptize in our church must first secure permission from their own pastor.
2. Parents must pre-register for Baptism in person and present the child’s birth certificate (original).
3. Godparents (one man or/and one woman – at least 16 years old) must be catholics in good standing. If married their marriage must have been performed by the Church. Those belonging to another parish must show a sponsor letter from their parish and a written proof of their Sacrament of Holy Matrimony. If single should show a sponsor letter from their parish and a proof of his/her Baptism, First Communion and Confirmation.
4. Parents and Godparents must attend the pre-baptismal orientation, either with us (Friday before Baptism at 8:00 PM) or in some other parish. If the orientation is taken elsewhere, proof of attendance must be presented.

NORMAS PARA EL BAUTISMO
1. Los padres del niño deben ser miembros registrados de nuestra parroquia desde por lo menos 3 meses.
1ª. Los padres que pertenecen a otra parroquia, pero quieren bautizar su niño en nuestra iglesia deben primero traer permiso del párroco de su iglesia.
2. Los padres del niño personalmente registran su niño para el bautismo y presentan original del acta del nacimiento.
3. Los padrinos (un hombre y/o una mujer, 16 años de edad o mayor) deben ser católicos practicantes. Si están casados, se requiere que presenten el certificado de su Casamiento por la Iglesia (del Sacramento del Matrimonio). Si son solteros que comprueben su Bautismo y Confirmación. Si los Padrinos vienen de otras parroquias deben presentar una carta de recomendación de su párroco.
4. Los Padres y Padrinos atienden una plática pre-bautismal en nuestra parroquia (el viernes antes del bautismo a las 8:00 de la noche) o en otra parroquia. Si la atienden en otro lugar deben presentar la carta de asistencia.

Wedding arrangments must be made six (6) months in advance. A list of wedding regulations is available in the parish office.

a/ Baptismal Certificate (these must be copies issued by the church of baptism within 6 month of the wedding date).
b/ First Communion and Confirmation Certificates (information about those Sacraments is ussually found on the back of the Baptismal certificate).
c/ Pre-nuptial Questionnaire (with a priest or his delegate)
d/ Affidavit of Free Status (with a priest or his delegate)
