St. Mary Parish, Chelsea at 14200 E. Old US Highway 12, Chelsea, MI 48118 US - Religious Education - Feed the Hungry

Between June 1999 and January 2000, more than 9 million pounds of food were donated to feed the hungry because  nearly 34 million people visited The Hunger Site. (www.thehungersite.com and click the icon "Donate Free Food.")

Here is how it works.  When you click the  "Donate Free Food" icon, this registers with the site's computer server.  The computer adds your food donation to the day's totals and send you to the "Thank You For Your Donation" page, which shows the names of the sponsors who pay for the donation.

There is no charge to the individual;  the sponsors cover the cost by their advertising.  You can make one donation per day.
