Wednesday afternoon from 1:30 p.m. until 3:00 p.m.

Held from September to June.  We do not meet during June-July-August.


What we do:

We use the "Lector's Liturgy Workbook" to read, discuss and prepare ourselves for the next Sunday's readings at Mass.  This review provides great historical background and insight to the scripture readings you will be hearing the following Sunday.  Many times we have commented that just being aware of what was happening historically as well as in context with surrounding scripture, we are so much more informed and get so much more out of the Sunday readings.

The nice thing about this study group is that you do not have to be a Theologian to master the concepts.  We are a small, intimate group that enjoy the continual process of learning and understanding our faith.  We also get involved in discussing current events, and anything else considered worth sharing with the group. 

There is no formal number of weeks you must attend.  There is no pressure or test, no right or wrong questions.  Participation is even optional.  You can just sit and listen if you want.  One thing is for sure, we would love for you to stop in and visit a time or two and make up your own mind.
