St. Mary School of Rockwood at 32447 Church St., Rockwood, MI 48173 US - 2009 Auction

Although our 2008 auction was just a couple of months ago it is time to
start thinking about Auction 2009.

We are not in the planning stages as of yet but we do need to do a few
things right away.  We need to book a hall and decide upon a day/date.

The auction is our biggest and most important fund raiser for our
school!  Without reaching our goal at the auction each year, we would
not come close to reaching our school budget; which is non-negotiable.

Each year our school has a set amount that is mandatory we make in fund
raising alone; this year's amount was $85,000.00.  That is why you see
numerous fund raising events come around such as the auction, magazine,
Spring raffle, etc.  However, it is our vision that soon our school will
focus on the two major money-makers; the auction and the Spring raffle.
In order for this to happen we need everyone's help!

The Auction 09' needs you!  We need Chair-people, creative people,
computer people, solicitation people, all people!

Are you interested in helping?  If so reply with any questions or areas
of interest you'd like to be a part of.  Also, if you have any
suggestions for this year's auction, feel free to tell us about them.
