Our Mardi Gras 2012 is coming soon!!! February 16-19!
(Thursday thru Sunday of next week) -- FOUR NIGHTS OF THRILL RIDES, GAMES, PARADES, MUSIC AND FOOD FOR THE ENTIRE FAMILY! A reminder, that there are many events taking place during our Carnival: the Parades, the Carmen and Carmelo Miranda Look-a-Like Contest, dance contests and plenty of great musical entertainment! We are in need of volunteers to assist with the set up and dismantle the Carnival. Also, people to work with the clean up throughout the event, parking management and security all four days (especially at night time)! Please, call the office and request a Volunteer forms and return them as soon as possible.
There is an increase of families needing food assistance from St. Vincent de Paul depleting our stock and funds. WE NEED YOUR HELP! Please, contribute some extra cash for this cause at the end of mass and/or bring canned goods that can help bring food to their tables: Peanut Butter, Spaghetti Sauce, pasta, canned meats and soups, rice and dry milk. God Bless You!
