PLEASE NOTE FROM ST.MARY'S Bulletin: this information concerning Future MASS SCHEDULE From Father Delbel We had a meeting of trustees from St. Mary's, St. Patrick's and St. Joseph's the 1st week of Lent. We came up with a tentative schedule for the parishes that one priest could handle. Basically, the schedule would be: Saturday anticipated mass-4pm at St. Patrick's and 5:30pm at St. Mary's. Sunday masses would be:8:30pm at St. Mary's and 10:30am at St. Patrick's. For the time being the 7:30pm mass at St. Joseph's would remain the same and I would continue to go to Mineville on Sunday afternoons. We decided that Jan. 2008 would be the target date for implementing this schedule. The parish councils still have to look at this plan but it seems reasonalbe to me. It would be nice if we never had to change. Unfortunatley, the priest shortage is catching up with us and we might as well bite the bullet now rather than wait for an emergency.
