Registration is made by mailing a completed registration form, along with a check or money order made payable to Catholic Engaged Encounter, to:
No reservations can be accepted over the phone. Registration closes the Saturday preceding the weekend, and payment must be made on or before that date. To ensure the receipt of your Certificate of Completion at the end of the weekend, payments made with personal checks must be received no later than 14 days prior to the weekend. Otherwise your certificate will be mailed after your check has cleared our bank account. Space is limited and requests are honored on a first come first served basis.
What Does it Cost?
The fee for the weekend retreat is $175 per couple. The fee covers the costs of lodging for Saturday night, lunch and dinner Saturday, breakfast on Sunday, and all required materials. Since CEE is a nonprofit, volunteer ministry, donations are gratefully accepted from those who wish to help the ministry expand.
Cancellations are fully refundable up to 7 days prior to the retreat. Within 7 days of the retreat only $55 is refundable since at this time funds are committed to facilities and food. No refund can be made once the retreat starts. This policy also applies to couples rescheduling a weekend.
