If you should print these schedules, I suggest you click on "File", then "Page Setup", and clear the header and footer information before printing. This will help ensure that month's schedule will fit on one page. You might also change the left margin to 0.75 inches and the right, top, and bottom margins to 0.5 inches to help center the list on the page.

The lists will be prepared for two months at a time and published here on the 15th of the month prior to the first of the two months. Please let the Minister List coordinator know as soon as possible when you will not be available.

Once a schedule is published, ministers are asked to line up their own swaps since both would have to be available for new dates. Phone numbers are not available on the web site for privacy reasons; they are attached to the schedules available in the literature racks in back of church.

In an emergency, the Minister List coordinator will be glad to line up a replacement.
