All Saints Parish - Paintings
Gloria Thomas, noted artist from Lexington, Ky, is the artist responsible for the painting of Saint Padre Pio of Pietrelcina which now graces our church. It was donated by a family of the parish.
She also did the painting of Blessed Mother Teresa of Calcutta for us. This painting was donated by the Hoffmann Family in memory of Pauline and Beatrice Flynn, lifelong All Saints parishioners.
We are hoping to be able to commission paintings of
Blessed Pier Giorgio Frassati (the young man whom Pope John Paul II has called one of the best models for modern youth and "the man of the 8 Beatitudes") (More info),
Saint Maria Faustina Kowalska (the visionary of Divine Mercy) (More info), and
Saint Maximillian Kolbe (the courageous priest who died in a Nazi concentration camp) (More info)
as soon as funds become available.
