The Center follows the USDA's food pyramid to develop healthy, nutritionally balanced meals and snacks for kids. The USDA's Food and Nutrition Service's has developed the following to educate us to teach our children to "Eat Right. Excercise. Have Fun". Please visit MyPyramid.gov to learn more about good nutrition or play an interactive game. Note that while the game is geared towards children older than ours, ages 6 - 11, it may be fun for older siblings or for parents to play with their children.
