Annunciation Child Care Center (ACC) is a nationally accredited early childhood program for children ages six weeks through five years, providing a vital service to our parish by serving as a ministry to parents and their children. Announcements
- Registration for the 2012-2013 school year will take place on February 15th for all returning students. Please read this memo for details. New rates become effective on July 2nd, 2012.
- February 22nd is Ash Wednesday and begins the liturgical season of Lent. The children will receive ashes that day and will learn a little bit about the special time of prayer, sacrifice and good works in preparation for the Death and Resurrection of Jesus.
- ACC participates in Campbell's Soup Labels for Education. There will be a pizza party for the class that collects the most labels so save, save, save those labels!
- We hope you find the "Dates You Need to Know" helpful. If there are any changes, we will update the 'as of' date!

Email Registration: If you haven't already done so, please take a moment to register your email address with our website. In case of an emergency, in addition to updating our phone system, if possible, we will send out email updates to those registered on the website.

Annunciation Child Care Center under the Co-Directors Jan Frazee and Phyllis McCabe is proud to announce their reaccreditation in 2010 by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) the nation’s leading organization of early childhood professionals. Early Childhood programs accredited by NAEYC have voluntarily undergone a comprehensive process of internal self study and improvement. NAEYC is the mark of quality of our program and we salute our exceptional staff, dedicated parents and wonderful children.

Important Notice for Volunteers: Any parent wishing to volunteer in the classroom needs to be fingerprinted through the Diocese. Please read this form for instructions regarding the fingerprinting process and click here to access the website and select Fingerprinting. In addition to being fingerpinted, the Diocese of Orlando also requires that the on-line course, Safe Environment Training, be completed in order to volunteer in ACC classrooms. NOTE: be advised that you will need your bar code number, which is provided to you upon completion of your fingerprint registration, to register for the test. The course takes approximately 20 minutes and is followed by a quiz consisting of 13 questions. Pass/fail results are sent directly to the Diocese' HR/Fingerprinting Office. Please notify the ACC directors when you have successfully passed the course.

During registration, families signed a form which permits their children to be photographed or video taped. If you do not give your consent, kindly submit a written notice to the Directors. Pictures of children may periodically be published on this website unless otherwise instructed.
