Welcome to the ACC Web Site


Annunciation Child Care Center (ACC) is a nationally accredited early childhood program for children ages six weeks through five years, providing a vital service to our parish by serving as a ministry to parents and their children.  The Center's Announcements are below. Announcements

  • Our Annual Red Wheel Fundraiser orders can be picked up on November 12.  TEAM would like to thank you for your orders. All proceeds will benefit ACC's Educational Resources!
  • Throughout the storm season, please remember that ACC will follow Seminole County School closings to close the school but will reopen at its discretion.  Please call the main line for updates or if electricity is available, the website will be updated and emails sent out to those registered (so if you have not already signed up to be on the email list, please do so from the link on the left hand side of the Home Page). 
     
  • Please read about the Swine-Flu precautionary measures being taken at ACC. More information can be found at http://www.cdc.gov/swineflu.
  • Please check out ACC's business directory sponsors and thank them for their support.  
  • Important Notice for Volunteers:  Any parent wishing to volunteer in the classroom needs to be fingerprinted through the Diocese. Please reference this form for details regarding the fingerprinting process.  In addition to being fingerpinted, the Diocese of Orlando also requires that the on-line course, Safe Environment Training - Protect Our Youth, be completed in order to volunteer in ACC classrooms.  The course takes approximately 20 minutes and is followed by a quiz consisting of 13 questions.  Pass/fail results are sent directly to the Diocese' HR/Fingerprinting Office.  Please notify the ACC directors when you have successfully passed the course.   To take the online course, please click on the link http://www.orlandodiocese.org/chancery/index.php and when prompted, enter the following information:  
    • user Login:  chancery
    • password:  gr8ful
    • Select "Protect Our Youth"
    • test password:  july08
  • During registration, families signed a form which permits their children to be photographed or video taped. If you do not give your consent, kindly submit a written notice to the Directors.  Pictures of children may periodically be published on this website unless otherwise instructed.
