History:
In 1983, a group of parishioners from the Annunciation Catholic Church expressed the desire to form a club for Italian Americans in the community. As a result of their dedication and work ethic, the Italian- American Club of the Annunciation Catholic Church was formed on January 19, 1984.

The composition of the Italian-American Club’s membership has evolved since its founding. At the beginning, the Club was a spiritual, social, and service club of the Annunciation parish. It was comprised almost entirely of Annunciation parishioners. However, through the years, the composition has changed to include anyone from central Florida interested in the Italian culture.

The Italian-American Club has contributed a great deal to the Annunciation Parish over the years, including the Saint Joseph statue in the new church and a set of classroom bibles for the Religious Education Department. Charitable organizations the Club has contributed to over the last few years include: Loaves & Fishes, Christian Sharing Center, St. Vincent de Paul, and the Annunciation Catholic Church.

The combination of our faith in God and the love of our Italian heritage is the foundation of the Italian-American Club of Annunciation Catholic Church.
