St. Barbara Byzantine Catholic Chapel at 1114 Troy Street, Dayton, OH 45404 US - Pilgrimage

The Pilgrim Vocation Icon Program will keep the idea of religious and priestly vocations in the minds and prayers of Byzantine Catholic families and parishes as each week the icon is given to a particular family/household in the parish along with a special prayerbook. The family/household accepting the icon agrees to pray during that week for religious and priestly vocations.

St. Barbara the Great Martyr Byzantine Catholic Chapel is participating in the Year of Prayer for Vocations initiated by the bishops of the Byzantine Metropolitan Church of Pittsburgh. The icon ?I Have Chosen You? shall travel from home to home to encourage prayer for vocations. Look for the sign-up sheet in the hall to schedule your family?s participation in the traveling icon program which is scheduled to begin November 6^th.
