This is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is only permitted in the provided smoking gazebos. A $250 charge will be incurred by the Organization/Host for any individuals in that group that are not in compliance with the above stated smoking policy.
All guests need to respect the space and requirements of other guests. Please do not wander in to someone else’s activity. This includes the chapel.
Golf carts are assigned to individual authorized people, not to groups. The cart assigned should be operated only by that individual. Authorization requires:
2. a signed copy of the “Bethany Center Golf Cart Operations Agreement”
3. cart operation and familiarization training by Bethany Center staff.
Parking is allowed in designated parking areas only. There is no designated parking at the cottages or St. James Chapel.
We encourage recycling and provide recycling bins.
Please have as little impact on the natural setting of this property as possible by not littering.
Tips for all catering services and hospitality functions are not expected and not required.
Please Remember we do not allow:
Feeding the abundant wildlife
Fishing , Swimming or Boating
Tent camping
RVs
Pets
Bon fires
Camp fires, fire pits, fire bowls, or any type of open or enclosed fire
Pyro techniques of any type anywhere on the property
Live bands outside of buildings
Confetti, Silly String type aerosol propellants, or Glitter
Guests to use any of the kitchen equipment in the Favalora Hall
Guests to use any of the tools, ladders or power equipment
Guests in the cart barn or maintenance buildings
Driving Vehicles off of the paved roads except for parking
