Food and Beverage Policies

Food and non-alcoholic beverage services in Favalora Hall are provided solely by Bethany Center, Inc.

Our kitchen staff strives to meet your group’s meal requests and will gladly work with guests who have special dietary needs such as allergies or special menu considerations. Please notify us of these needs prior to your arrival.

Our standard meal times are 8:00 am, 12:00 Noon and 6:00 pm.  Any deviations must be approved in writing by Bethany Center before your arrival. Please contact us with any questions you may have.

Table setup and the following linens are included in our per person price, ivory linen table cloths and green linen napkins for dinners, place mats and paper napkins for lunch, and breakfast.  Any other colors, overlays, or setups can be arranged, and will be charged to the Hosting Organization.

Extra labor is necessary depending on specific services requested and or the size of the group. Additional labor is charged to the hosting organization.  These charges are NOT included in the per person price.  Please contact us for details.

No outside food caters are permitted.

Tips for all catering services and hospitality functions are not expected and not required.

All alcoholic beverages must be provided by our pre-approved beverage caterer.
