Final numbers and an agenda of your time at Bethany must be submitted to Bethany Center 7 working days prior to your event.
Event set up prior to the scheduled start time is a maximum of 4 hours if the time is available, additional time may be purchased.
Hanging items on the walls or from the ceilings is allowed only with permission of Bethany Center management.
All room set up, use of decorations, live music, and any outside vendors must be coordinated through our Events Manager at least seven working days prior to your event; Decorations are not permitted to be affixed to walls, floors, ceiling, or fixtures.
Guests are not allowed to use or display any open flame candles anywhere on Bethany Center property.
All items that are rented for an event such as a dance floor or stage are the responsibility of the guests. The delivery, placement and breakdown coordination and communications are the responsibility of the guest. All rented items must be removed at the end of the event. Approval is required for items to be left after the scheduled event ending time, additional room charges may apply. All rental delivery, set up and removal details must be made available to Bethany Center.
All priests and deacons coming to the diocese to perform any priestly ministry such as, baptism, wedding, funeral or parish mission must be in good standing and cleared by their ordinaries or provincial before coming to the diocese. The Diocese of St. Petersburg Chancellors Office should be notified of their coming and the purpose of visit at least two (2) weeks prior to the beginning of the event. Bethany Center must receive this information directly from the Diocese of St. Petersburg Chancellors Office. The Diocese of St. Petersburg web site www.dioceseofstpete.org has all the information needed by the Chancellors Office to have a priest cleared.
Guests of Bethany Center must use our provided free parking outside of Favalora Hall. No parking is permitted in the Reflections neighborhood or in the back by the chapel or cottages.
No signs or decorations are permitted in the Reflections neighborhood.
Liability Insurance is required for non-diocesan groups. A certificate of insurance with “Bethany Center Inc. and its officers directors and agents” named as the additionally insured must be provided. Insurance can be purchased through Bethany Center.
If a cancellation occurs more than 31 days prior to the event start date:
The Performance Deposit will be refunded.
If a cancellation occurs less than 31 days prior to the event start date:
All or part of the Performance Deposit will be forfeited.
50% of the estimated total invoice less the amount of the Performance Deposit is due to
