As a non-profit organization we are always looking for ways to help fund our operations without putting a larger burden on our parishioners. Recently, we took the opportunity to participate in a new program offered by Meijer. Blessed Sacrament is now enrolled in Meijer Community Rewards Program. We have sent our application and have been assigned a number 411984. Don't worry about remembering this number; we have recorded it on the applications we hope you will complete on your way out of church this morning (evening). Be sure to complete the form with your date of birth and phone number, the application cannot be processed without these.

This program allows us to raise funds quickly and easily. We will not take on any additional work, Meijer does all the tracking and we receive our accumulated reward by mail. Here's how you can participate. We need you to join Meijer Community Rewards. It's free and can be done by mail, by telephone or on-line. We would be happy to have you complete the application here and we will deliver them to Meijer. If you prefer to call, the telephone number is listed on the application form.

Your card will arrive by mail in approximately 10 days to three weeks. This card is the type that will fit on your key-chain. When you go to Meijer, present this card to the cashier before they complete your order and the rest will happen automatically.

Our church can earn from 1% to 4% depending on the amount spent. More details of the program will be found in the application booklet.

We would like you to take additional applications and encourage your friends and relatives to sign up as well, using our identification number, of course.
