Blessed Sacrament Second Annual Festival of Tables
 
The Second Annual Festival of Tables will be held on Saturday October 17th in Shepherd Hall. 

The Festival of Tables is an event that celebrates the art of home entertaining and fellowship. Table host/hostess are invited to: 1) choose a theme for their table 2) decorate their table according to their theme 3) provide the full meal for their invited guest.
Round tables will be provided for 8-10 guest per table. You will be provided with 8 guest tickets that include the admission ticket and a raffle ticket.  You have a couple of options; you may sell the tickets for your table or give them away.  Whichever option you choose on event day we will collect your envelopes with your donations.  You are encouraged to invite guests from outside our parish/school. This is a fun event to share with neighbors and friends. 
 
A couple table theme idea's include; seaside brunch (with a seafood theme), tailgate party (hamburgers, hot dogs etc), formal dining (bring out your best china, silver and linens and really do it up right).  There really is no limit to what you can do, it's your table...be creative!
A refreshment table of Lemonade, Ice Tea and Coffee will be provided.  The host/hostess are free to provide their own refreshments according to their theme.
 
Ticket price is $20.00 per guest. Ticket price includes $15.00 for the full meal provided by the Host/Hostess and a $5.00 raffle ticket hosted by our sponsor. Additional raffle tickets will be available for $5.00 per chance.  Winner need not be present to win. 
***We are in need of some help concerning the raffle.  Last year Shaw Mechanical graciously provided a complete dinner setting for eight as our raffle prize.
If you have idea's or would like to sponsor this years raffle please let us know ASAP***

If you are unable to host a table alone; families, groups, organizations etc are encouraged to host a table. 

We will provide more information during the Home and School meetings or you can call or email us anytime.
